Feeling irritable doesn’t mean you have a bad temper
Irritability is often your body and mind telling you that you have been interrupted too much lately, with too little space of your own. It isn’t a flaw in your character, and you don’t owe anyone an apology for it first. Admitting “I’m really on edge right now” is already a way of looking after yourself.
Step back from the noise for a while
The Field Room is quiet. No notifications, and no one waiting for your reply. Turn off the lamp and listen to the wind across the fields for a while, or write the things that are bothering you, one by one, on a bedside note and fold it away so it stays only on your device. If this feeling has lasted a long time and is affecting your sleep or the people around you, it may help to talk with someone you trust or a professional.
No account, no name, and you can leave whenever you like.
